South Suburban Chiropractic Clinic was established over 30 years in Orland Park. At SSCC we are focused on providing our community with optimal health care with the highest levels of patient satisfaction – we will do everything we can to meet your expectations. SSCC was built mainly through referrals, which says a lot about a thriving practice! Dr. Faber cares about every single patient he has and strives to make each individual better. At SSCC our patients are not just another face, they become part of our SSCC family. Dr. Michael Faber, D.C.
Dr. Michael (Mike) Faber, D.C. graduated from National University of Health Sciences in 1985. He is certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and licensed by the state of Illinois. He is a member of the NUHS Alumni Association and a member of the Illinois Chiropractic Society. Dr. Faber is also a second-generation chiropractor. His father, Dr. Norman Faber, practiced in South Holland for 48 years at Faber Chiropractic Center.
Dr. Mike is trained to help patients achieve their optimal wellness utilizing Chiropractic Care, Spinal Decompression, MLS Laser Therapy and Calmare/Scrambler Therapy. He has advanced training and certification in these areas and is frequently consulted by outside clinics about utilization and protocols. He is also quite the family man. He and his wife, Deb, have been blessed with 9 children and 12 grandchildren. You can be sure your entire family will be welcomed and valued at South Suburban Chiropractic Clinic.
Our New Patient Process
Initial Consultation
Paperwork – You will need to complete a minimal amount of paperwork including a case history which will help the doctor determine how to proceed with your care.
Evaluation
Physical Exam – Orthopedic, neurological, and spinal examinations are performed to determine general health status and problems.
First Visit As a Patient
Diagnosis & Treatment Plan – Based on history, examination, and X-ray / lab findings, the doctor will diagnose the problem and explain to you what an appropriate protocol for recovery will be to gain maximum health.
Treatment – Treatment will be administered by the Doctor or a Certified Technician.
